Website information

Website content is general educational information. It is not an individualized assessment, diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, or substitute for advice from a physician, veterinarian, or other qualified regulated professional who understands your circumstances. A professional care relationship begins only after an appointment is accepted and the required consent process is completed.

Homeopathy services

Services are individualized and depend on the information provided, professional assessment, informed consent, and whether the requested service is appropriate and within the practitioner's scope. Pure Being may recommend that you consult or continue care with another qualified professional. Individual experiences vary, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed.

A parent, guardian, or authorized substitute decision-maker must participate where required for a child or another person who cannot provide their own consent. The person booking an animal consultation confirms that they are authorized to make care decisions for the animal.

Appointments and communication

Appointment requests are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information and for checking appointment communications. Contact forms and email are not monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent matters.

You may cancel or reschedule using the instructions in your booking confirmation. Please provide as much notice as possible. A cancellation or no-show fee will apply only if it was clearly disclosed to you before you confirmed the appointment.

Fees and payment

Current service fees and included appointment time are displayed on the Services page. Applicable fees will be confirmed before the appointment. Published fees may change for future bookings, but a change will not alter a fee already confirmed for an existing appointment unless you agree otherwise.

Third-party services

The website uses third-party services, including Cal.com for scheduling and Brevo for email delivery and subscriptions. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply when you use their services. Pure Being is not responsible for an external service's availability or for content on third-party websites.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use automated means to abuse forms or services.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, and other original content belong to Pure Being or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Being is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal and personal health information and forms part of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for future website use and bookings. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
